Ingredients:

4 small rounds of whole wheat pita bread |
| |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
| |
2 large cloves garlic, minced |
| |
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend |
|
| |
Directions:
Cut pita into eighths and seperate the wedges.
Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet.
Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan.
Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6" away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp.
